Announcements, Network Maintenance and Outages

ipHouse has several email lists for everything from general technical discussions to specific network information and company announcements. Periodically we have an notice that we send out to our General Announcement list. This might include offers for new products, requests for product testers, or a notice of a change that might affect you in some way. Here is a list of all the General Announcements over the last few months.

All ISPs have outages. What sets ipHouse apart from other Internet service, access, and managed platform providers is how we handle outages and our dedication to keeping our customers informed. This is the information that really sets us apart from other ISPs and hosting companies. No one else makes this type of information publicly available for consumers to check, before they decide on a hosting company. If something happens on our network, we will tell you.
