ipHouse has several email lists for everything from general technical discussions to specific network information and company announcements. Some are open to the public, others are limited to ipHouse customers. To see the full list and sign up for the ones that interest you, go to ipHouse email lists. Network Maintenance and Outages
All ISPs have outages. What sets ipHouse apart from other Internet service providers is service, access, and managed platform providers is how we handle outages and our dedication to keeping our customers informed. If you want to see everything big and small that happened on our network over the last few months, go to our outage list. This is the information that really sets us apart from other ISPs and hosting companies. No one else makes this type of information publicly available for consumers to check before they decide on a hosting company.
