Subject: [ipHouse Outage] Emergency router OS updates

Emergency router operating system updates are happening on both of our
Juniper routers that handle the Internet traffic into and out of our
network to address a security issue that could cause denial of service
issues on these systems.

Each router will be down between 7-15 minutes while the systems reboot
into the new code base and routing protocols are being reestablished.

Support can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 8:00pm,
Saturdays from 11:00am until 4:00pm via phone at 612-337-6340, or via
