Every server, whether physical or virtual, has 4 basic configuration items: RAM, CPU, Storage, and networking (or bandwidth). Each vmForge VDC customer has their own resource pool of the 4 basic components. The resource mix is customized to fit the project and business needs of each individual customer and each customer has direct control to allocate the resources, as needed, to servers within their private VDC.
